Oven Barbecued Chicken Quarters Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Chili sauce |
| 4 | Broiler-fryer legs- (thigh and drumstick) | |

| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Spicy brown mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid red pepper seasoning |
In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and red pepper seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat well, cover. Chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a jelly-roll pan with foil. Place chicken in pan; reserve sauce. Bake 1 hour, basting several times with sauce, or until chicken is tender.
