Cabbage Curry Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard seeds | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Urad dal | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin seeds | 
| 1 | Green chile | |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Mixed vegs. | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cabbage (medium) | 
| Salt to taste | ||
| 1 | Turmeric | 
1. Heat oil, mustard seeds, Urad Daal, cumin seeds, and green chile. Roast for a few seconds.
2. Add mixed vegs. and cabbage. Sprinkle salt and turmeric. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes, then cover and cook on low until done.
