Sweet Potato Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar
1 cup	237ml	Mashed sweet potatoes*
3		Eggs
1/3 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Corn syrup
1/3 cup	78ml	Milk
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1 cup	237ml	Pecans

Recipe Instructions

*Bake the sweet potatoes don't boil them

Cream together butter and sugar. Add mashed sweet potatoes. Add syrup, milk, salt, vanilla and pecans. Roll out dough. Line with pecans. Add mixture.

Bake at 425F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375F and bake 35-45 minutes.
