I will wrap the ribs up in something and put in the fridge overnight. That next morning I take them out and while the smoker is firing up I put another coat of the rub.
I now smoke the ribs at 250F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. About 30 minutes before I think the ribs will be done I put a glaze on them about every 10 minutes until they are ready to come off. It is Danny Gaulden mustard glaze that I added a few things to.
Danny's Glaze:
I will melt the butter in a pot and then add everything else. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes being very careful to not let it burn.
Coat the ribs with the glaze being careful not to wash the rub off. I think that the combination of the rub and this glaze is what makes them super sticky and messy.
