1/3 cup | 78ml | Clear - bottled Italian |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Sliced celery |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Sliced green onions |
4 | Hard boiled eggs | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Horseradish sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Yellow mustard |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Celery seed |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Diced cucumber |
Salt and pepper to taste |
While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion.
Add the egg whites, chopped. Sieve egg yolks, combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and celery seed.
Chill 2 hours and add diced cucumber.
