Roasted Barbecue Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
(use a little less sugar!) | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sweet paprika |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne pepper |
10 teaspoons | 50ml | Red-skinned potatoes - cut lengthwise (large) |
(about 5 lbs) |
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl, add potatoes, toss to coat.
Trans mixture to large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until brown and tender, stirring occasionally, about 55 minutes.
