Pineapple Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| Dressing | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - finely chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| Salad | ||
| 2 cups | 474ml | Green cabbage - shredded |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Carrots - shredded |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Red apple - chopped |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Pineapple tidbits - drained |
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients -- blend well.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients -- toss lightly.
Pour dressing over salad -- mix well.
Cover -- refrigerate to blend flavors.
