Pineapple Coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients

		Dressing
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1 tablespoon	15ml	Onion - finely chopped
1/2 cup	118ml	Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Sugar
		Salad
2 cups	474ml	Green cabbage - shredded
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Carrots - shredded
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Red apple - chopped
3/4 cup	177ml	Pineapple tidbits - drained

Recipe Instructions

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients -- blend well.

In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients -- toss lightly.

Pour dressing over salad -- mix well.

Cover -- refrigerate to blend flavors.
