Orange-Honey Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Honey |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Finely slivered orange peel |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Makes about 2/3 cup
Use on poultry, pork and seafood.
