New-Mexico Chile Wet Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mild ground chiles - =or=- chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hungarian hot paprika |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Coriander |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
Makes about 1/3 cup
Use on chicken, pork or fish.
