Mexican Cole Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded red cabbage |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cumin - ground |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green cabbage - shredded |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Carrot - pared, grated (medium) |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Fresh ground pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Low fat yogurt |
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Serve at once or refrigerate and serve cold.
