Fruit - select firm ripe | ||
Fresh mint chopped | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
Mint sprigs | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Honey |
1. Slice the fruit.
2. Serve with a dollop of yogurt mixed with honey and mint.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs.
