Deviled Eggs Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
5 1/2 tablespoons | 82ml | Sweet pickle relish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared mustard |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
Fresh ground white pepper | ||
6 | Tabasco sauce | |
Paprika | ||
2 | Cooked bacon - crumbled |
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add relish, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
Top with crumbled bacon.
