1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Yellow mustard |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Apple cider vinegar |
Here is my rib and pork finishing glaze recipe.
Mix the following ingredients together in a sauce pan and heat until it simmers. Let it sit until the ribs or pork butt are ready to baste.
