Danny's General-Purpose Dry Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Paprika |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion powder |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Rub meat to be barbecued with the dry rub and allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
