1 | Bay leaf | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chicken base |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Granulated garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Crushed red pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry-mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | White pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - diced |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Sweet red pepper - diced |
For Dirty Rice, saute 1/2 pound beef. Drain fat.
Add seasoning with garlic salt and pepper.
Add to the rice. Or I add crisp bacon.
