Blackberry Catsup Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Blackberries |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar - . |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground ginger |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dark brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
Puree blackberries. Discard seeds and skin.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Simmer 15 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
