Brussels Sprouts With Walnuts Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh brussels sprouts |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Walnuts - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Margarine |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
Cut the sprouts in half and steam until tender. Meanwhile, saute the walnuts in the margarine until golden. Pour over the sprouts in a serving dish. Sprinkle on nutmeg.
