Barbecue Beef Sandwiches Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Beef rump roast |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Flour |
| 15 oz | 426g | Tomato sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onions-chopped |
| 1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Brown sugar - packed |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Beef instant bouillon |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Chili powder |
| 1 | Garlic - chopped fine | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
| Hamburger buns |
Rub flour into roast.
Place in bottom of crockpot and add remaining ingredients, except buns.
Cook on low for about 14-16 hours. Serve over buns.
