Baked Beans Espanol

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped (medium)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGreen bell pepper - chopped (medium)
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic powder
2   Baked beans - with liquid - (31 oz)
1/2 cup 118mlHot salsa
1/4 cup 59mlHoney
2 cups 292g / 10ozGrated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlPepper
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika

Recipe Instructions

Combine onion, pepper, garlic, beans, salsa and honey in a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Spoon over bean mixture. Bake uncovered at 350F until mixture is hot and top is browned -- about 45 minutes.
