Aunt Ro's Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Super fine sugar | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cabbage | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar | 
Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut out core. Slice cabbage into long ,thin slices. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add shredded cabbage and toss lightly.
