Zesty Cilantro, Chile And Pea Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 | Ortega chopped green chiles | |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Frozen petite peas - thawed |
| 1 | Silken tofu | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Ground cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Tomato slices - for accompaniment | ||
| Fresh cilantro - for garnish |
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
Mix until smooth. Whirl about 30 seconds on high. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Mound over overlapping tomato slices; rim with fresh cilantro.
