Yule Log Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
| 5 oz | 142g | Bleu cheese spread |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sweet pickle relish |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Instant minced onion |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely chopped pecans |
Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion. Shape into 10" X 2" roll; wrap in waxed paper.
Chill 3-4 hours. Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers.
