| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crabmeat |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped onion |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 4 oz | 113g | Olive oil |
| 4 oz | 113g | Vinegar |
| 4 oz | 113g | Ice water |
Put onions in bowl, add meat, salt, and pepper.
Then oil, vinegar, and ice water in that order, let set at least 1 hour before serving.
