Vinaigrette Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Smoked trout - or salmon |
1 | Cabbage - shredded | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped parsley |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs - chopped | |
Vinaigrette dressing | ||
Salad greens | ||
Paprika |
Flake the fish and combine with the cabbage, onion, parsley and eggs. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Serve on salad greens. Sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 6.
