Vegetable Herb Batter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All-purpose flour |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Club soda |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced fresh thyme - chives, marjoram, and/or sage |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Mix in a bowl - add up to 1/4 c club soda if the batter is too thick. Dunk your veggies and fry at 350F.
