Tuna Tortilla Rolls

Recipe Ingredients

1   Tuna or salmon - drained and flaked
1   Cream cheese - , softened
4 tablespoons 60mlSalsa
1 teaspoon 5mlDried cilantro
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cumin
5 teaspoons 25mlFlour tortillas (large)

Recipe Instructions

Have tortillas at room temperature. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, adding parsley if you wish. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on tortillas to within 1/8 inch of the edge.

Roll up tortillas jelly roll fashion and wrap each separately in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, slice in 3/4 inch rounds and arrange on plate.

Serve plain or with salsa on the side.
