Tuna Tortilla Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Tuna or salmon - drained and flaked | |
1 | Cream cheese - , softened | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Salsa |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Flour tortillas (large) |
Have tortillas at room temperature. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, adding parsley if you wish. Spread fairly thinly and evenly on tortillas to within 1/8 inch of the edge.
Roll up tortillas jelly roll fashion and wrap each separately in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, slice in 3/4 inch rounds and arrange on plate.
Serve plain or with salsa on the side.
