Tuna Mounds With Curry Mushroom Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - minced (small)
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter - melted or margarine
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
2   Tuna flakes
3 cups 438g / 15ozBread crumbs - soft
2   Eggs - slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPoultry seasoning
1/4 cup 59mlParsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1   Mushroom soup - 10 oz
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCurry powder
3   Olives - stuffed and sliced

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion in shortening until golden brown.

Mix onion, milk, crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and tuna.

Shape into 6 mounds in large shallow baking dish.

Mix soup, curry powder and paprika. Pour around tuna mounds.

Top each mound with olive slices.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350F.
