Tostada Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 16 oz | 454g | Refried beans |
| 1 | Taco seasoning mix | |
| 4 oz | 113g | Chopped green chilies |
| 2 1/3 oz | 66g | Chopped black olives |
| 1 oz | 28g | Onion - chopped (small) |
| 10 oz | 284g | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | Ripe avocado, mashed | |
| 2 | Chopped tomatoes | |
| 2 | Taco chips |
Mix refried beans with taco seasoning mix. Spread on large plate [pie plate works well - P.L.], then layer remaining ingredients. Serve with taco chips.
This can be served cold or heated through to melt cheese. Either way, don't count on any leftovers.
