10 oz | 284g | Frozen chopped broccoli - thawed and drained |

3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Rice - cooked |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, using wire whisk, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In bowl of food processor fitted with metal blade, process chopped broccoli and egg until smooth. Add milk and process 1 minute. Transfer broccoli mixture to bowl containing flour mixture. Add rice and cheese; stir ingredients together, mixing well.
Spoon mixture onto baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread mixture into about 10 x 13 rectangle. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Gently slide a metal spatula underneath layer to loosen. When cooled, slide onto work surface and cut out dinosaur (or any favorite) shapes using a cookie cutter. To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic wrap; reheat in microwave.
