Tomatillo Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozAvocado - (1 medium)
  Peeled and halved
11 oz 312gTomatillos - (1 can) drained
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozChopped onion
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSeeded minced serrano chile
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper

Recipe Instructions

Place the avocado and tomatillos in food processor, and process until smooth.

Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover and chill 1 hour. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/3 cup).
