Toasted Tid Bits Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
2 cups | 474ml | Cheerios |
1 cup | 237ml | Pretzel sticks |
1 cup | 237ml | Shelled peanuts |
2 cups | 474ml | Bite-size shredded wheat |
Mix first five ingredients. Pour this mixture over other ingredients in large bowl.
Stir gently to coat all pieces. Bake in large shallow baking pan at 300F for 1 hour.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 cups.
