Tipsy Cheese Spread

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
2		Garlic - crushed
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons	10ml	Dijon mustard
1/2 cup	118ml	Beer

Recipe Instructions

Beat cheese (at room temperature) until creamy.

Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Gradually add beer.
