2 | Garlic - crushed | |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Beer |
Beat cheese (at room temperature) until creamy.
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Gradually add beer.
