Recipe Ingredients

10 oz 284gGrated sharp cheddar cheese
10 oz 284gButter - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlSherry
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic salt

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients well and pack in a crock. Serve with crackers.

This is better if it is made several days before serving.
