The Bee Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
10 oz | 284g | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
10 oz | 284g | Butter - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sherry |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
Blend all ingredients well and pack in a crock. Serve with crackers.
This is better if it is made several days before serving.
