Broccoli With Mustard Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 876g / 30oz | Broccoli - cut into florets |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
