Tangy Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

1   Cream cheese - softened
1 teaspoon 5mlPrepared horseradish
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozBacon - cooked and crumbled
1 lb 454g / 16ozLarge fresh mushrooms

Recipe Instructions

Clean and stem mushrooms; drain and set aside. Combine the cream cheese, horseradish and bacon.

Fill mushroom caps with mixture.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
