Tangy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Bacon - cooked and crumbled |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Large fresh mushrooms |
Clean and stem mushrooms; drain and set aside. Combine the cream cheese, horseradish and bacon.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
