Tangy Garbanzo Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Garbanzo - beans, drained and rinsed | |
| 2 | Scallions - chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Water |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Grated fresh ginger |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rice vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Honey |
| 1 | Or two Tabasco |
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
