Tangy Cheese Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Cream cheese - softened | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dried tarragon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green pepper flakes |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green olives with pimientos - sliced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced black olives |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry onion flakes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry parsley flakes |
Blend cream cheese, green pepper flakes, olives, onion, and Tabasco sauce with a fork in a medium size bowl.
Shape mixture into a round ball.
Roll in parsley flakes until covered slightly, pressing flakes against ball as you roll it.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Present on platter surrounded with snack crackers.
