Tangy Beef Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped green onions |
1 | Dried chipped beef | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green bell pepper |
1 | Round sourdough bread loaf |
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread.
Slice top off bread and carefully hollow out, making sure you don't pierce the shell.
Save removed bread for dipping later.
Pour dip mixture into bread shell and replace top.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 300F for 1 1/2 hours.
Use bread or rye crackers for dipping.
