Tagine Of Swiss Chard Recipe - Cooking Index
12 cups | 1752g / 61oz | Swiss chard - finely chopped |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Cilantro - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salad oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sweet paprika |
Salt and pepper | ||
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Raw rice |
Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika, salt, pepper and 1/4 c water.
Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice and continue cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
