Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef
1   Kidney beans
1   French dressing - (catalina)
1   Black olives
  Green onions
  Tomatoes
  Lettuce
  Avocados
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCheddar cheese - shredded, (or more)
  Tortilla chips

Recipe Instructions

Brown ground beef and drain oil. Add kidney beans and bottle of Catalina dressing. In *large* bowl toss a salad of lettuce, olives, green onions, tomatoes, avacados, and shredded cheddar Add the warm meat mixture to the salad, mix together, serve immediately. Good over crushed tortilla chips.
