3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Biscuit mix |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Mild pork sausage |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mild taco sauce |
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a skillet, brown and crumble the sausage. remove skillet from heat and to cool a few minutes.
Remove excess fat. in a mixing bowl, combine sausage and remaining ingredients. form into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
Place in ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffs are lightly browned
