Sweet And Sour Meatball Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Lean ground beef
1/4 cup	59ml	Water
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Breadcrumbs
1		Egg
1		Onion - grated (small)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1/8 teaspoon	0.6ml	Freshly ground pepper
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Canned chili - (without beans)
1/2 cup	118ml	Grape jelly
1		Lemon - juice of

Recipe Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and mix well.

Add meatballs, stirring lightly to coat with sauce.

Simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
