Summer Fresh Zucchini And Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced onion |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Tomatoes - peeled and chopped (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil leaves |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Zucchini - sliced (medium) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Saute onion and basil in oil 1 minute in large skillet over medium flame.
Add zucchini; cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook 4 minutes, or until tender.
Serve immediately.
