Stuffed Mushrooms Parmesan Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mushrooms - medium |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Parmesan - grated |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Scallions - chopped |
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Combine stems with Parmesan Cheese and melted margarine and onions.
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
