40 cups | 9480ml | Mushrooms - stems removed (medium) |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped chives |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Parmesan cheese |
Wash and dry mushrooms.
Melt margarine and coat mushrooms.
Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Fill mushroom caps and bake 10-15 minutes at 350F.
These may be prepared and frozen; if so, add 5 minutes to the baking time.
