3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Popped corn |
Popped without salt or fat | ||
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Crispy corn cereal squares |
1 cup | 237ml | Tiny unsalted pretzels |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Reduced-calorie margarine - melted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; set aside. Combine margarine and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; add to mixture in bag. Seal bag, and shake to coat.
Spread mixture evenly into a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 275F for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Cool completely; store in an airtight container.
Yield: 4 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
