Spring Herb Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sliced scallions |
1/3 cup | 5.3g / 0.2oz | Parsley sprigs |
1/2 | Garlic | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Wine vinegar or lemon juice |
In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth.
Cover; chill.
Serve with cut-up vegetables.
Makes 1 cup.
