1 cup | 237ml | Split peas - cooked |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil - or less |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried basil |
Pepper | ||
2 | Garlic - crushed |
After cooked split peas have cooled (in order to better judge consistency), mash them up.
Then mix in other ingredients and refrigerate.
