Spinach Wrap Ups Recipe - Cooking Index

1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Parmesan cheese |
2 | Frozen chopped spinach | |
(cooked and well drained) | ||
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mild sausage |
2 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bacon |
Melt butter in the water; stir in stuffing, add the rest of the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into walnut size balls. Cut bacon into 4 pieces and wrap balls, securing with toothpicks.
Bake at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes.
