Spinach Rolls

Recipe Ingredients

20 oz 568gFrozen chopped spinach - thawed
1 cup 237mlSour cream - (regular, low-fat or
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise - (regular, low-fat or
1   -- ¥
1   Ranch-style salad dressing mix
1   Bacon bits
6   Green onion - chopped
1   Water chestnuts - finely chopped
1   Flour tortillas - (18 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Squeeze moisture from spinach. Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, dressing mix, bacon bits, onion, and water chestnuts in bowl.

Spread on tortillas and roll as in jelly roll. Wrap individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, slice into 1-inch pieces.

Makes 30 pieces
